Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE IMPORTING HUMAN HAIR FROM SHAHIRA ENTERPRISES.

QUALITY: -We deal with 100% pure virgin Indian human hair. We don’t deal with synthetic hair of any kind. Any complaints of using synthetic hair shall not be entertained. We wish to inform all our esteemed clients that we have only one quality of hair that is shipped to all our clients. We expect our customers to know about hair quality before dealing with hair. All our hair products go through rigorous quality control (QC) procedures so possibility of nits or lice is very rare. We take every precaution to individually inspect each piece of hair before packing. We shampoo and condition the hair during the process many times. We always use branded shampoo & conditioners to avoid tangling & matting.

We believe in quality work so our clients have no need to worry for the quality which will be as desired by our customers and committed by us. Our R&D team is always concentrated to gain the best results in our product and treat the hair with natural Indian herbs which assures the natural shine, long life and zero tangling in hair.

As a part of our endeavor to fulfill this commitment, we follow international quality norms to process premium range of Indian Human Hair, Remy Single Drawn Bulk Hair, Remy Single Drawn Natural Hair and many others.

DELIVERY:- Any time or date for delivery stated by the Shahira Enterprises shall be treated as an estimate only. Whilst every effort will be made to dispatch goods, or deliver services, on time, no liability can be accepted by the Shahira Enterprises for failure to deliver within the advertised times. The Shahira Enterprises shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including consequential loss or loss of profit) arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery of all or any of the goods or services howsoever caused. The Shahira Enterprises will accept no liability for shortages, damage to or non-delivery of goods unless the Customer notifies the Shahira Enterprises in writing within three business days of receipt of goods. Further the Customer shall be bound to accept the goods when they are ready for delivery by the Shahira Enterprises and delivery shall be deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to the Customer at the nominated address for delivery or to a nominated carrier as the case may be whereupon the risk of loss, or any other damage whatsoever shall pass to the Customer.

PAYMENT TERMS:- All payments are 100% advance through bank transfer. We have no refund policy. Dishonored or fraudulent payment will lead to the immediate instigation of recovery action. Order via bank wire transfer will be send to the same country from where the payments were made. For samples only upto certain limits we accept payment through paypal. But for HAIR ORDERS we accept payment only through bank to bank transfer.

PACKING: Packing will be standard. The hair will be packed in a transparent packet .Any different form of packing has to be informed in advance and may attract additional charges. The packets will be packed in a carton box as per the shipping standards.

REFUND OR EXCHANGE: -One's the sample / goods bought will not be replaced or refunded. There are absolutely no returns on any items. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We strongly recommend you request a sample of the product before ordering. No refund, no exchange. Because we are making quality of the finest Natural hairs only.

Miscellaneous:

a) Shipping delays: We ship through international courier. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculsating shipping times
b) We shall not be held responsible for the customs duties, taxes & other levies governing the local administration of the importers country.
c) We don't have any direct sales outlet. Please try some samples to test our quality.
d) Please note that human hair is a natural product so you cannot expect each bunch to be symmetrical in nature, texture, shape etc.
e) The delivery will be done after confirmation of payment from our bank.
f) In the event that the Shahira Enterprises is prevented from carrying out its obligations under a contract for sale as a result of any cause beyond its control such as but not limited to Acts of God, War, Strikes, Lock-outs, Flood and Failure of third parties to deliver goods, the Shahira Enterprises shall be relieved of its obligations and liabilities under such contract for sale for as long as such fulfilment is prevented.
g) All orders are processed Mon - Fri during business hours. If orders are placed on Saturday, Sunday, after business hours, or on holidays, processing will begin the following business day
